Hi there，

I placed an order #20151117-0002865. But i received '두나 ring' instead of my original request '보조개 E'. I think the label is wrong led to sent the wrong goods.

Please see below picture for your reference and help to check the shipping record on your side and advise how should you would lile to deal with this error.
